We found the Seekhd website to
be pretty intuitive. The search fields are simple to navigate and the
reports are clear and succinct. The only issue we encountered is that the search results did not always return complete data. There is definitely room for improvement on the data quality front. The membership cancelation process was simple and could be done through the account page or submitting a contact request. Finally, the customer service team was very accessible and responsive both with account related questions and helping to cancel the trial membership.
