Thank you very much, i SHOULD get all that i forked out, due to the fact i paid the initial fee for my account and it was supposed to come with a set amount free.. which i ended up using the service, a few times. Paid per use. My wife owns her own business and we were shopping around for this service because she gets random business calls and some dont leave a voice mail properly. She uses a service like this to make sure she knows who shes calling and doesnt sound uneducated about the person, when calling the person.

$1 trail for 7 days is not bad.. I would like this service to work efficiently and it did not succeed at doing so...
So I paid my $1 and clicked on "get full report" or whatever it is.. and I tried several different cards and I kept receiving "this card cannot be used for this payment" and I know I have money on all of the cards I tried...

So I signed up too look up a phone number and I had too leave my credit card info and they said I can always cancel the membership and right when I found what I was looking for i canceled my membership that day I signed up and then 1 week later I found out that they took money out without letting me know. And I called to customer service to cancel my membership and they said I should receive and email saying that my membership is cancelled and I thought they did but last month they still took money out.
